Christian Business Retreat · Sept 10–13, 2026 · Orlando, FL

Build the business. Strengthen the man. Answer the calling.

You were never meant to build alone.

A leader standing alone at the window at sunset

People come to you for answers.

Where do you go?

Responsibility for people and payroll
Decisions no one else can make
Financial risk that keeps you up
Family that needs the best of you
Spiritual responsibility
The isolation of being the one in charge
Problems you are too close to see clearly

You were never meant to carry everything alone.

More than a conference.
More than a mastermind.
More than a weekend away.

Business, personal life, spiritual depth, and calling — integrated, not stacked. Not a church retreat with a few business sessions added. Not a mastermind with prayer added. One room where experienced men live together, work through real questions, and build something that lasts past the weekend.

Business session at the retreat
01

Build the business

Experienced perspective, honest diagnosis, and a focused 90-day plan. Small groups, one-on-one coaching, and the constraint you have been too close to name.

Men praying over one another
02

Strengthen the man

Family, marriage, health, character, and the pressure you carry alone. Honest feedback, prayer, brotherhood — and the reminder that you are not carrying everything by yourself.

Evening by the fire
03

Answer the calling

Your relationship with God, your marketplace ministry, and the purpose behind the influence you have been given. Success gives you influence. Calling gives it direction.

Why we gather

Four things you take home

Not vibes, not motivation that fades on the flight back. Four concrete outcomes — every man, no exceptions.

01

Clarity

You leave knowing where your business is going — a direction and a plan, written down, with men who'll hold you to it.

02

Answers

Come with your questions prepared — about your business, your numbers, your next move. You leave with every one of them answered.

03

Inner healing

A dedicated pastoral prayer track. Personal, unhurried prayer over your life — the kind most leaders never make room for.

04

Personal revival

Worship and revival nights that reignite the fire — and follow you home, into your family and your business.

The spiritual part comes first. Everything else — the coaching, the strategy, the adventure — flows out of it.

The personal coaching model

Someone experienced will take time to understand what you are actually facing.

One-on-one coaching session
01

A questionnaire before you arrive

You complete a detailed questionnaire on your business, priorities, challenges, family, and the questions you are bringing. Your coach will not meet you cold.

02

Intentional matching

You are assigned to one experienced businessman — matched on purpose, considering stage, challenges, and experience. Not a perfect industry match; an intentional one.

03

Coaches prepare a day early

Coaches arrive one day before you — to pray, review questionnaires, and prepare. Successful does not automatically mean ready to coach. This is designed.

04

One-on-one business diagnosis

Together you find the largest constraint, the real problem behind the visible ones, and the decisions that need to be made. Business is central. The man behind it matters.

05

A focused 90-day plan

You leave with practical direction for the next 90 days. Not fifty goals — a small number of priorities you will actually move on.

06

A 90-day virtual follow-up

About 90 days later you reconnect with your coach for a dedicated one-on-one on progress, obstacles, and next steps. The retreat ends. The conversation does not.

At KEBN's GROW Business Conference, 11 of 13 attendees said their 1-on-1 was the most valuable hour they spent. Same model, same caliber of coaches — built into JBC Retreat.

Coaches are seasoned businessmen attending the retreat with you. Every man pays to attend. Every man has something to receive — and something to give.

25 Christian CEOs. One private house outside Orlando. 3 days of worship, strategy, and honest brotherhood — with men who speak your language, not your competition.

Is this for you?

You're hungry.

You're building something real and you want the next level — you're not here to coast, you're here to grow.

You want the room.

Three days shoulder-to-shoulder with multimillion-dollar business owners. Not from a stage — across the table.

You want real guidance.

Honest suggestions on your business — numbers, strategy, next moves — from men who've already walked it.

You made it — but lost the fire.

The business succeeded, and somewhere along the way the fire went out. Come get it back.

From past retreats

Real moments from the brothers who've been in the room.

Words from the men who've been here

Seven leaders, seven companies. Their words, not ours.

The worship time at the retreat was transformative, allowing me to connect deeply with God without the need to appear strong. The Business Life Line exercise opened my eyes to both my journey and future opportunities. Kingdom Entrepreneurs is evidently doing something truly impactful — especially the small group discussions and the many meaningful conversations.
Andrey Teleguz
CEO, SCOPOS Hospitality Group
Being around like-minded Christian business owners was truly amazing. I loved feeling God's presence throughout the retreat. The small groups were a safe space where we could openly share our challenges and struggles. Praying for each other was a deeply moving experience. Loved every moment!
Andrei Shumylo
Founder, Next Level Auto
I realized at the retreat that my problems aren't unique; we all go through ups and downs. The peer-to-peer learning was fantastic, with everyone open and willing to share. Key takeaway: no one is afraid of bankruptcy, but everyone worries about our families. Definitely 10 out of 10.
Ilya Pribyshchuk
Founder, TIP Construction Inc
I absolutely loved the retreat — and I can't thank you enough for praying personally for me. All of us come from different industries but it felt like we were going through the same things. The Business Life Line Exercise was an eye-opener. Looking forward to staying in touch with everyone!
Nick Vitruk
CEO, Cabinets Core Inc
On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this retreat at 10. I was able to share freely in my group about things going on in my life. Everyone just gets you because everyone here is a business owner — same vocabulary, same issues. You don't get this anywhere else.
Alex Papirnik
Founder, NJPD
I really enjoyed socializing with like-minded business leaders. Seeing everyone's Business Life Line was eye-opening. In such events I tend to hear the voice of God with greater clarity. A big shoutout to Alex for running the retreat. This must be attended annually.
Konstantin Reznik
CEO, Reznik Group
Everyone was so humble, and you could really feel God's presence in the room. When we did the Business Life Line, it was amazing to see how God is doing great things in our lives. We'll really know how good this retreat was in 10 years, by looking at how it changed us.
Yaroslav Novokhatskiy
Founder, World Auto Center

How the days flow

A rhythm of worship, work on yourself, and real brotherhood. Not a schedule you clock into — a space you step into.

Thursday · Sept 10

Day 1 · Arrive

Welcome dinner with authentic Slavic cuisine. Pool, hot tub, and the first of many late-night conversations.

Day 2 · Adventure + Audit
Friday · Sept 11

Day 3 · Worship + Work
Saturday · Sept 12

Day 3 · Worship + Work

Morning worship and prayer. Business growth workshop — including the Business Life Line exercise that nearly every alum says changed how they saw their company. Pastoral prayer sessions through the day for any man who wants one. Evening: fire pit, revival night, and the night you'll remember.

Day 4 · Send-off
Sunday · Sept 13

Day 4 · Send-off

One last Slavic breakfast, final blessings, departures. You'll leave lighter than you came.

The centerpiece exercise

The Business Life Line

One exercise nearly every alum brings up unprompted. You'll map the real arc of your business — the wins, the pits, the pattern you've been too close to see. By the end, a group of brothers who get it will help you call the next move.

Common questions

Is the price really all-inclusive?
Yes. Lodging for 3 nights, every meal (authentic Slavic menu), airport transfers, and kart racing day are included. You'll spend $0 during the retreat.
How should I prepare?
Two things. Complete the coach questionnaire you'll receive right after registration — your coach studies it before you arrive. And write down the questions you're bringing: about business, family, faith. You'll leave with answers to the questions you actually came with.
How does payment work?
Two options at checkout: pay $1,500 in full, or put down a $500 deposit today — the $1,050 balance auto-charges from the same card 14 days later ($1,550 total with the split-payment fee). No emails, no reminders, just one tap and you're locked in.
What's the daily schedule?
Day 1: arrival from noon, welcome dinner, fire pit. Day 2: breakfast 9, kart racing 11–4, group sessions 5–8, late dinner. Day 3: worship 9, the Business Life Line workshop 10–1, lunch, ministry time, fire pit. Day 4: breakfast 9, final blessings, departure by 12. Detailed timing arrives 4 weeks before.
Where exactly is the house?
In the Orlando resort area, about 15 minutes from Disney. The exact address is shared after you register — we keep it private by design.
What if I'm a solo founder, not $1M+?
If you're building a real business and Christ is the foundation, you're welcome. The $1M / 5+ headcount line is a heuristic, not a doorman. Reach out and we'll talk.
I'm vegetarian / have allergies — can you accommodate?
Yes. Mention it in the notes during checkout, or reply to your confirmation email. The chef adjusts per guest.
What denomination is this?
Ecumenical — we welcome Orthodox, Evangelical, Protestant, Catholic men who confess Jesus as Lord. The worship and prayer time isn't denominational; it's brothers seeking Him together.
What should I pack?
Casual. Swim shorts (heated pool + hot tub), comfortable clothes for the kart racing day, something a little nicer for dinners. That's it. Phones welcome but expect to forget yours by Day 2.
What if I'm flying into a different airport?
JAX and MCO pickups are free (MCO free if you land before 2 PM Sept 10). For other airports we'll help you find the cheapest connection.
Can I bring my wife?
This retreat is for men only — it's part of what makes the conversations what they are. If you want to bring your wife for the days before or after, we can help you plan that separately.
What if I have to leave early?
We design every day to matter, but life happens. If you need to leave early, the price doesn't change — we're not pro-rating brotherhood.
What if my flight is delayed?
Text us — we'll wait. Worst case you Uber from the airport (~$35–50) and we cover one meal you missed.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refund 30+ days out. 50% refund 14–29 days out. Inside 14 days, we can only refund what we recover from the house booking. Deposit-payers can cancel before the balance charge with no penalty.

Pick a road

Two roads. One Sunday in September.

Sept 13 ends regardless of what you choose. The question is who you'll be on the 14th.

Sept 13 — without the retreat
  • Another quarter solving the same problems alone
  • Strategy you keep meaning to write but never do
  • "Doing fine" is still your answer to your wife
  • Faith on the shelf — busy season's never over
  • $5M in revenue · still nobody who actually gets it
  • Same calendar, same friction, same ceiling
Sept 13 — after the retreat
  • A 90-day plan written in real ink, with witnesses
  • 24 brothers in your numbers — on speed-dial
  • The pattern in your business you couldn't see alone
  • Reset with God in the room — not in theory
  • An honest conversation with the man in the mirror
  • A new altitude. From here, the next level is obvious.
Evening by the fire at the retreat
