Day 1 · Arrive
Welcome dinner with authentic Slavic cuisine. Pool, hot tub, and the first of many late-night conversations.
Christian Business Retreat · Sept 10–13, 2026 · Orlando, FL
You were never meant to build alone.
You were never meant to carry everything alone.
Business, personal life, spiritual depth, and calling — integrated, not stacked. Not a church retreat with a few business sessions added. Not a mastermind with prayer added. One room where experienced men live together, work through real questions, and build something that lasts past the weekend.
Experienced perspective, honest diagnosis, and a focused 90-day plan. Small groups, one-on-one coaching, and the constraint you have been too close to name.
Family, marriage, health, character, and the pressure you carry alone. Honest feedback, prayer, brotherhood — and the reminder that you are not carrying everything by yourself.
Your relationship with God, your marketplace ministry, and the purpose behind the influence you have been given. Success gives you influence. Calling gives it direction.
Why we gather
Not vibes, not motivation that fades on the flight back. Four concrete outcomes — every man, no exceptions.
You leave knowing where your business is going — a direction and a plan, written down, with men who'll hold you to it.
Come with your questions prepared — about your business, your numbers, your next move. You leave with every one of them answered.
A dedicated pastoral prayer track. Personal, unhurried prayer over your life — the kind most leaders never make room for.
Worship and revival nights that reignite the fire — and follow you home, into your family and your business.
The spiritual part comes first. Everything else — the coaching, the strategy, the adventure — flows out of it.
The personal coaching model
You complete a detailed questionnaire on your business, priorities, challenges, family, and the questions you are bringing. Your coach will not meet you cold.
You are assigned to one experienced businessman — matched on purpose, considering stage, challenges, and experience. Not a perfect industry match; an intentional one.
Coaches arrive one day before you — to pray, review questionnaires, and prepare. Successful does not automatically mean ready to coach. This is designed.
Together you find the largest constraint, the real problem behind the visible ones, and the decisions that need to be made. Business is central. The man behind it matters.
You leave with practical direction for the next 90 days. Not fifty goals — a small number of priorities you will actually move on.
About 90 days later you reconnect with your coach for a dedicated one-on-one on progress, obstacles, and next steps. The retreat ends. The conversation does not.
At KEBN's GROW Business Conference, 11 of 13 attendees said their 1-on-1 was the most valuable hour they spent. Same model, same caliber of coaches — built into JBC Retreat.
Coaches are seasoned businessmen attending the retreat with you. Every man pays to attend. Every man has something to receive — and something to give.
25 Christian CEOs. One private house outside Orlando. 3 days of worship, strategy, and honest brotherhood — with men who speak your language, not your competition.
You're building something real and you want the next level — you're not here to coast, you're here to grow.
Three days shoulder-to-shoulder with multimillion-dollar business owners. Not from a stage — across the table.
Honest suggestions on your business — numbers, strategy, next moves — from men who've already walked it.
The business succeeded, and somewhere along the way the fire went out. Come get it back.
Real moments from the brothers who've been in the room.

Seven leaders, seven companies. Their words, not ours.
The worship time at the retreat was transformative, allowing me to connect deeply with God without the need to appear strong. The Business Life Line exercise opened my eyes to both my journey and future opportunities. Kingdom Entrepreneurs is evidently doing something truly impactful — especially the small group discussions and the many meaningful conversations.
Being around like-minded Christian business owners was truly amazing. I loved feeling God's presence throughout the retreat. The small groups were a safe space where we could openly share our challenges and struggles. Praying for each other was a deeply moving experience. Loved every moment!
I realized at the retreat that my problems aren't unique; we all go through ups and downs. The peer-to-peer learning was fantastic, with everyone open and willing to share. Key takeaway: no one is afraid of bankruptcy, but everyone worries about our families. Definitely 10 out of 10.
I absolutely loved the retreat — and I can't thank you enough for praying personally for me. All of us come from different industries but it felt like we were going through the same things. The Business Life Line Exercise was an eye-opener. Looking forward to staying in touch with everyone!
On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this retreat at 10. I was able to share freely in my group about things going on in my life. Everyone just gets you because everyone here is a business owner — same vocabulary, same issues. You don't get this anywhere else.
I really enjoyed socializing with like-minded business leaders. Seeing everyone's Business Life Line was eye-opening. In such events I tend to hear the voice of God with greater clarity. A big shoutout to Alex for running the retreat. This must be attended annually.
Everyone was so humble, and you could really feel God's presence in the room. When we did the Business Life Line, it was amazing to see how God is doing great things in our lives. We'll really know how good this retreat was in 10 years, by looking at how it changed us.
Seven brothers told their story here. One of the 25 seats could be yours.
A rhythm of worship, work on yourself, and real brotherhood. Not a schedule you clock into — a space you step into.
Welcome dinner with authentic Slavic cuisine. Pool, hot tub, and the first of many late-night conversations.
Breakfast, then professional kart racing — real speed, real competition, the kind of fun most men postpone for years. Afternoon: the Whole Life Audit exercise and open group discussions. Evening: brotherhood by the pool.
Morning worship and prayer. Business growth workshop — including the Business Life Line exercise that nearly every alum says changed how they saw their company. Pastoral prayer sessions through the day for any man who wants one. Evening: fire pit, revival night, and the night you'll remember.
One last Slavic breakfast, final blessings, departures. You'll leave lighter than you came.
The centerpiece exercise
One exercise nearly every alum brings up unprompted. You'll map the real arc of your business — the wins, the pits, the pattern you've been too close to see. By the end, a group of brothers who get it will help you call the next move.
Hear it from the men who've done it →A brand-new private 15-bedroom estate in the Orlando resort area. 15.5 bathrooms, heated pool, hot tub, home theater for 23, game room, full chef's kitchen — the house you'd rent for your own brotherhood weekend.
